The Knowledge Operations Specialist will own the structure, clarity, and effectiveness of our internal knowledge ecosystem by managing and improving SOPs, handling real-time consultations from internal teams, and ensuring that mission-critical documentation is easy to understand. This role involves documentation, systems thinking, and operational triage to help teams move faster, reduce risk, and make better decisions by ensuring the right knowledge is accessible at the right time.

As a Field Services Enablement Program Manager, you will support the growing Field Services Enablement function by aligning consulting and product teams via maintaining enablement materials, managing training programs, and driving knowledge-sharing processes. You'll work cross-functionally to execute Ridgeline Academy, onboard implementation partners, and maintain documentation.

This position focuses on maintaining and supporting the health of Celerion’s Veeva Vault Training and QualityDocs environments, optimizing solutions to support business objectives and efficiencies. Main responsibilities include development of Vault Training and QualityDocs solutions and deployment assistance to streamline training assignments, delivery, tracking, and reporting across the organization and supporting the management of permissions and supporting employee training for the operational use of Vault Training and QualityDocs.

Responsible for working closely with the Senior Director and Manager of the Scheduling Optimization Department to help execute on large scale projects assigned to the team, you will be responsible for handling incoming tickets within the Fresh Service dashboard collaborating with operating teams to develop schedule templates to improve patient experience, increase office efficiency and optimize provider productivity and patient care.
