Associate, User Training and Documentation

SmarterDx is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate, User Training & Engagement to support the development and delivery of exceptional learning and support experiences for our users. Reporting to the Manager of User Training & Engagement, this role will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the SmarterDx Help Center, creating user-facing documentation and self-service resources that empower healthcare professionals to learn, troubleshoot, and succeed independently. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, Implementation, and Clinical SMEs to transform product updates, workflows, and user feedback into clear, accessible, and engaging content. This is an exciting opportunity to help build SmarterDx’s customer-facing knowledge infrastructure from the ground up, supporting our goal to help healthcare organizations tell the most accurate and complete patient story for the care delivered.
