Project Coordinator (UK)

As a Project Coordinator I, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing clients’ projects and their recruitment needs. You will keep our customers happy and excited about our products through excellent communication and support. Candidates must be located in the United Kingdom and work Monday through Friday 9AM - 5PM BST.

Virtual Producer (Contract)

The producer will support and assist the facilitator in simulation-based business training programs. Programs vary in length from 2-6 hours per day. The producer will provide technical coordination and support 30-45 minutes before and during the entire scheduled virtual session. The producer will take attendance, be able to provide logistical instructions, manage interactive tools, answer learner questions, troubleshoot issues, manage chat, advance slides, launch surveys, and support facilitators.

Intake Coordinator

As the Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for many patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. You’ll be responsible for confirming appointments, organizing patient information, and troubleshooting telehealth visit issues. Manage and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, and our scheduling system, collect and organize patient intake information accurately, and support patients in setting up for their telehealth visits.
