Job Description

In this role you'll have the opportunity to: Support cross-functional projects by implementing changes to our tools under guidance from senior team members. Configure solutions within our customer experience platforms like Zendesk, Five9, and JIRA according to specifications. Troubleshoot basic client and agent issues, escalating complex problems appropriately. Monitor system health metrics and reporting anomalies to the team. Learn our technology stack thoroughly and staying current on system updates and new features. Document processes, configurations, and solutions to build our knowledge base.
