The Systems Operations Specialist is responsible for maintenance of Zendesk, system and process optimization, and user support for Zendesk and other care operations tools. This role involves Zendesk & System Management, Workflow & Knowledge Base Documentation, and Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison duties.
Process incoming and outgoing labs, lab orders, medical records and other clinical documents with speed and accuracy to meet clinical needs. Follow standardized policies and procedures to ingest member labs into internal systems. Ensure all documents are correctly indexed, tracked and entered into internal systems. Monitor and resolve discrepancies or incomplete information in medical records and lab orders.
In this role you'll have the opportunity to support cross-functional projects by implementing changes to our tools, configure solutions within our customer experience platforms, troubleshoot client and agent issues, monitor system health metrics, learn our technology stack, document processes, and execute routine system maintenance tasks.
