The Knowledge Manager will own and maintain our internal and external knowledge resources, ensuring that members, customer service reps, and internal teams have accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized information about our health plan. You'll curate and maintain knowledge and optimize accessibility.

Support the President in their daily operations as an Executive Assistant. Manage the President's calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle internal and external communications. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations, and ensure organizational deadlines are met. Liaise with various departments and maintain discretion in all business matters.
