Reporting to the Director of Software Development, the QA Manager is responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance department at WinAir, ensuring high-quality output for each sprint and project. The role involves managing the QA team, monitoring test milestones, and ensuring the team follows best practices. The QA Manager works closely with internal teams and senior management to deliver projects on time and at the highest possible quality.
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Specialist develops, executes, and monitors marketing programs for WinAir across various channels and supports lead generation efforts by leveraging social media platforms and other digital marketing tools. The position researches market trends, analyzes data, and provides insights for defining and refining marketing strategies.
