You will coordinate project activities, align stakeholders, and support the successful execution of each implementation—delivered on time, within scope.

This role is all about content operations: auditing, updating, and maintaining the resources our agents rely on. You’ll make sure knowledge is accurate, easy to use, and ready for both human agents and AI-powered tools. Help keep our teams running smoothly by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, organizing team-wide communications, and assisting with logistics for planning cycles, engineering all-hands, and team off sites.
