We are seeking an experienced and strategic Support Knowledge Manager to establish, lead, and mature the Knowledge Management (KM) program within our Technical Support organization. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive KM strategy centered around Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) principles. Your primary objective is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Technical Support Engineers (TSEs), significantly improve customer self-service success, ensure the consistency and quality of support knowledge, and capture invaluable organizational expertise.
Drive organizational efficiency, foster a culture of knowledge sharing, and further embed systems and process thinking across the organization. This role will be instrumental in executing our company's knowledge and project management strategy and in support of a remote-first work environment, transforming Cribl's approach to remote-first operations.
As an SDR, youβll use a best-in-class tech stack to generate high-impact conversations and real ARR, all while growing both personally and professionally. You will qualify, follow up, educate and develop a substantial volume of inbound and outbound leads to progress prospects further into Criblβs sales process. You'll research target new accounts, identify key personas, add contacts, emails and generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
Platform engineering builds the underlying software infrastructure powering Criblβs diverse suite of products. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Staff Software Engineer for our Platform team who is passionate about identity management, authentication and authorization, and leading technical vision for secure and robust identity protocols. This role involves significant backend development with a focus on full-stack TypeScript, leveraging AWS and other cloud technologies to build resilient, scalable solutions across different deployment mechanisms.
