This role is ideal for a player/coach—someone who leads by example, is hands-on when needed and thrives on growing talent while building mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate has extensive cross-platform expertise in React and React Native application development and demonstrates strong project management skills to keep the team on track to deliver high-quality results on ambitious projects. This person will also play a critical role in driving our AI strategy forward across clinical, operational and development applications.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful technical implementation of new clients—spanning everything from data integrations and file exchange workflows to billing setup, performance guarantee tracking and configuration of key operational systems. You will manage both inbound and outbound data flows, build client-specific configurations and support the systems that drive member engagement, operations and client reporting.
