We’re hiring a Documents Team Lead to manage a team of agents who handle escalated documentation issues, fraud prevention, and onboarding quality for professionals using the Clipboard Health platform. As the Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for agent performance, quality control, queue management, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll coach SMEs to apply good judgment, ensure documentation standards are followed, and help maintain trust and safety at scale.

The Worker Operations team owns every part of the worker journey and looking for experienced customer support professionals who want to solve hard problems, build deep operational knowledge, and eventually lead teams of their own. Shifts are assigned based on business needs and the shifts consists of 5 days within a 7 day cycle, with both Saturday AND Sunday availability required to support our peak times. Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

The User Acquisition Representative will be instrumental to helping launch new markets at Clipboard Health. They are in charge of sourcing and onboarding new users. The representative generates leads through online platforms and job portals and articulates the value proposition to users. They are the go-to point of contact for users needing assistance with onboarding and booking their first shift.

As an Account Manager, you will ensure the continued success of the partnership between Clipboard Health and its facility partners, working to deliver an optimal experience at every level of clients’ organizations. The job encompasses being a resource to facilities when issues arise, liaising with corporate level contacts, and keeping abreast of a litany of important business metrics for each facility. Grow Clipboard Health’s footprint as a Field Sales Representative, being the face of Clipboard in your territory. Visit prospective customers, generate relationships with decision-makers, and show them how Clipboard Health solves their hardest staffing problems. You’re expected to deeply understand the local nursing home landscape and own the customer relationships you develop. Move fast, run experiments, and report back insights to the broader team to help us scale what works.

Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing globally across platforms like LinkedIn, YCombinator, and Wellfound. Screen candidates using interviews, assessments, and one-way video interviews. Lead candidates throughout the hiring process, offer and closing. Report on metrics to Managers and Directors and collaborate with hiring managers to refine understanding of needs.

Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing globally across platforms like LinkedIn, YCombinator, and Wellfound, screening candidates using interviews, assessments, and one-way video interviews, and leading candidates throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to refine your understanding of their needs. Offers and closing, together with hiring managers; Report on metrics to Managers and Directors, using data to inform decisions and improvements.
