The Customer Ops Associate role is a generalist role at Clipboard suited for someone who can solve different problem types and flex into multiple different types of roles and responsibilities depending on what’s needed and most impactful. Clipboard Health is expanding by adding a high-performing Senior Accountant to the Finance team! Reporting to the Director of Accounting, you will assist with managing month-end close, including the preparation and posting of journals, and collaborate with the Finance team to implement efficient accounting procedures.

Our Platform Engineers design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring reproducibility, security, and automation across environments. They also develop and support backend services using TypeScript, NestJS, and Node.js, interfacing with MongoDB and Postgres databases to ensure performance and reliability. They manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure on AWS.

We think we can build many more labor marketplaces than “just” our current Long Term Care business. Vertical Launchers install what are effectively vertical-level founders that push through ambiguity. Vertical Launchers are not expected to take a line of business to $10M+ annualized GSV. You will own the full software development lifecycle from design through development, testing, demoing, and supporting production code.
