You will play a vital part in helping Finch’s core groups deliver on SLAs for the Assisted API products, proactively managing technical workflows, and directly impacting the end user and developer experience using Finch.
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Operational Efficiency Manager to lead enterprise-wide and department specific initiatives focused on driving greatly improved operational efficiency and overall improved operational performance. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will lead a highly visible enterprise effort to work cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies, implement innovative solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
The Procurement Operations Manager will manage sourcing and vendor management processes. You will establish, track, and drive KPIs, creating a roadmap for procurement operations. You will also negotiate cost-effective contracts with suppliers, support business partners in evaluations, and develop cost reduction strategies. Evaluating contract terms with Legal is involved.
