This role drives technical content operations and platform infrastructure to support the delivery of Vida’s clinical programs. You will own the systems, tools, cross-functional workflows and content management integrity of our telehealth content at scale. This role ensures high-quality management, delivery and enhancement of Vida’s content-rich clinical programs and interventions.

We're looking for an experienced Operations Associate for our Insurance Operations team who is passionate about improving the landscape for mental healthcare. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring that our credentialing team has the appropriate technological infrastructure in place to grow our provider base, get our providers in-network with the insurance companies, and obtain reimbursement for services to enable continued engagement and growth.
