Responsible for leading the standardization, optimization, and monitoring of the organization’s key operational processes, to drive efficiency, quality, and agility in internal workflows and service delivery to end clients. This role will work cross-functionally with the Services, Human Resources, Finance, Technology, and Marketing & Sales teams to ensure processes are aligned with the strategic goals.

Own the success of customer implementations and expansions, guiding projects from kickoff to go-live as a trusted advisor and project leader. Drive results by coordinating teams, managing risks, and keeping projects on track — always communicating clearly with customers and internal teams. Be the voice of the customer, building strong relationships, solving problems proactively, and making sure our products deliver real operational improvement.

Lead efforts in providing exceptional Risk Management services to prospective and current clients. Manage designated territory and guide/mentor other risk management team members. Develop cutting edge service platforms and conduct risk assessments for clients, delivering written reports to Underwriting. Focus on Workers Compensation risks within high hazard, mining industry segments. Build relationships with customers and provide technical expertise and training.
