Key Responsibilities:
- Assess complex delivery challenges and clarify objectives across countries and functions.
- Turn ambiguous requirements into practical plans and drive implementation to closure.
- Support management decisions with business cases and efficiency assessments.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in ICT service delivery and international delivery operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills; Power BI is a plus.
Additional Information:
- Remote work possible within Hungary only due to European taxation regulation.
- Full professional proficiency in English required; German is nice to have.
