Director of Consulting Services

Leadership and Team Management:

• Mentor, support, and mobilize the team of consultants, analysts, and architects involved in client mandates.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation based on skills, priorities, and client needs.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development within the department.

Consulting Services Management:

• Supervise all consulting service mandates: analysis, architecture, implementation, optimization, and strategic accompaniment.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of deliverables provided to clients.
• Define, document, and improve methodologies, processes, and tools used by the team.

Client Relations and Business Development:

• Act as a strategic point of contact for key clients.
• Understand client business needs and propose adapted, high-value solutions.
• Contribute to the development of service offers, commercial proposals, and client presentations.
