Key Responsibilities:
- Own, maintain, and troubleshoot statistical forecasting processes and tools to keep demand plans accurate.
- Facilitate monthly demand planning reviews and coordinate updates for key customer forecasts.
- Present data-driven reports on demand trends and forecast changes to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field with seven years of experience.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience with Power BI, Python, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills for cross-functional influence.
