What you'll do:
- Assess current and projected labor capacity across fulfillment centers to optimize cost and SLA performance.
- Maintain and update staff planning models for all facilities.
- Build and maintain labor planning tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in labor or capacity planning within warehousing or fulfillment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL; familiarity with PowerBI and Python preferred.
