About the Role:
- Own long-term workforce strategy enabling the right people with right skills at right time.
- Partner with Director of AI, Data & Analytics, BPO partners, and CS leadership.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop workforce models and capacity plans from demand forecasts.
- Perform scenario planning for changes in demand, productivity, AI adoption.
- Analyze workforce performance and create executive dashboards.
What Success Looks Like:
- Deliver accurate workforce plans aligning staffing with demand.
- Enable proactive hiring and labor planning decisions.
- Influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
