YOUR ROLE:
- You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across government, education, and industry, guiding complex workforce SaaS technology implementations.
- You will own ongoing account management through renewal and expansion, and bridge customer needs with Product and Engineering.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead complex customer implementations including strategy development, work plans, and discovery sessions.
- Advise and engage executive stakeholders through presentations and steering committee meetings.
- Drive adoption and long-term success by delivering platform demos and establishing success measures.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Significant experience in strategic customer success, management consulting, or workforce development.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple work-streams.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
