As a Software Engineer within our Autonomy & Algorithms teams, you will build pipelines, tools, and automated workflows to accelerate the development of our AI-first self-driving technology. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team of world-renowned scientists and software engineers to build innovative, practical, and scalable solutions to challenging problems.

Lead the Evaluation & Benchmarking team responsible for developing the algorithms and tools necessary to thoroughly assess the autonomy system's performance throughout development. Work closely with internal users to understand their requirements and workflows and build a long-term roadmap for the team aligned with the company's milestones. Lead technical projects; contributing as an IC while also managing a team of engineers.
