As a Hardware Sustaining Engineering Manager, you will be a member of the team that is responsible for global hardware design, standards, and architecture. Additional responsibilities include the leadership and development of Hardware Standards Engineers. You will manage the sustainability of server, storage, and full-rack hardware standards that govern deployments to ServiceNow datacenters worldwide and maintain relationships with reseller/integrators and suppliers.

Systems Engineering provides infrastructure and related services to the rest of the business, increasing focus on software-defined infrastructure and adopting new methods and technologies. Global teams need an architect to provide technical oversight, thought leadership, an example for our rising stars to follow, and an information conduit to leaders in other geos. This position offers high work-product visibility, access to leadership and senior technical staff, substantial breadth of technical responsibility, and the opportunity to shape the skills growth of other engineers.
