Lead critical phases of Delphix solution delivery for enterprise customers. This position requires both depth in technical implementation and breadth in solution integration. Act as the primary technical contact for assigned projects, facilitating design discussions, solution reviews, and acceptance milestones, guiding customers and project teams toward successful outcomes.
As a Senior Systems Engineer on the Enterprise Engineering team, you will build and iterate on processes and workflows to enhance the overall employee experience at Vanta, develop best practices and tooling strategies, and help scale the maturity of the enterprise tech stack as the business grows.
You will drive the reliability, quality, and efficiency of our software release processes, working closely with development, QA, operations, and security teams. You will design, implement, and maintain robust release pipelines for our on-premise and SaaS offerings. You will ensure that software changes are built, tested, packaged, and delivered to customers with high confidence and minimal friction.
