Job Description
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product and Operations teams to support and improve the management of our device and smart speaker fleet installed on client networks. Support the Operations team with deep technical troubleshooting and expertise, collaborating with customer IT/Network stakeholders as required. Investigate and collaborate on technical & configuration issues on customer networks such as firewall configurations, routing and DNS. Contribute to the design and implementation of fleet management tools used to build and deploy our software across our fleet, including observability and alerting tools.
Be a subject matter expert to help design systems which deliver a high quality in store experience, while allowing engineers to work in a fast, safe environment. Participate in discussions with QSIC teams to ensure that our entire product is designed to take into account the complexity of the in store environment when managing a fleet of distributed devices at scale. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in engineering and continuosly seek opportunities for team process improvement and innovation.
