QSIC is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to manage their distributed fleet of tens of thousands of media players and smart speakers installed across APAC, North America and globally. This is a remote role for someone located in the Pacific or Mountain timezones in the US, someone who will collaborate closely with the Engineering team distributed along the east coast of Australia.
Maintain and own the Stock Refill process to ensure timely availability of hardware components, manage hardware spare parts stock, and maintain the warranty information database for all hardware assets. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware GI issues, document all processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of hardware management workflows and best practices. Coordinate RMA cases, ensuring efficient resolution with vendors.
