Assist clients in implementing, setting up, and managing their Zscaler solution during the duration of the project. Integrate with Customer's cyber security/network security team(s) to help integrate Zscaler solutions into the customer's environment by providing configuration guidance, recommendations, best practices. Provide regular status reports for critical incidents, projects, and proactive services to both the Customer and Zscaler teams. Responding to unplanned events, including after hours for Severity 1 issues.

This position will be primarily responsible for working with our Critical Account Program customers providing senior level case oversight/review, facilitating software engineering needs for defects and remote and/or fly and fix support when customers run into issues that our support team canβt fix remotely. In addition, you will also work with our premium services portfolio customers facilitating a first-class customer experience.
