As a Senior Manager of Systems Engineering - Mail & Messaging, you will oversee the team responsible for designing, building, and scaling the global mail and messaging infrastructure which serves our customer-facing ServiceNow platform. This position requires passing a ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS. You will provide technical oversight, define the team’s roadmap, facilitate engineering team autonomy, and support growth of engineers.

You will be working in a team that delivers analysis to our customers, bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and our customers’ operational goals. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing technical deliveries across multiple utility clients, balancing a mix of standard implementations and tailored, high-impact solutions. From early feasibility assessments to post-contract implementation, your work ensures that Overstory’s data and insights integrate seamlessly into customer workflows.

Improve the current actuator models (steering, brake, throttle, and engine brake) to better represent their current behaviour. Look into better modeling of vehicle transmission system for better offline validation of the motion control system. Investigate switching to higher fidelity dynamics models and compare them to current models. Get new data, learn the parameters, and verify new model’s ability to represent the vehicle’s performance.

You’ll be the critical bridge between our customers’ complex engineering challenges and our AI agent platform. You'll dive deep into the world of our customers' product development, understanding their key performance requirements, design constraints, analysis methods, and in-house systems. You’ll be the voice of the engineering customer inside P-1 AI, steering the development of our digital asset libraries and platform capabilities.

Systems Engineering provides infrastructure and related services to the rest of the business, increasing focus on software-defined infrastructure and adopting new methods and technologies.
