This role will lead CruxOCM’s global payroll operations and play a vital role in scaling our finance and people systems. As a high-growth startup, we’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure and insight, and can own and optimize critical business processes across payroll, compliance, and finance operations.

The Tools Team is seeking an exceptional Software Engineer to develop, operate, and scale our cloud platform and products. Collaboration with our product team and customers will bring our platform vision to life and revolutionize industrial operations. Responsibilities include developing Web Services for internal and external customers that will automate the deployment and operations of our software, and implementing projects with diverse technology stack including front-end development, microservices, and Kubernetes.
