About the Role:

• The Forward Deployed Engineer serves as the technical bridge between customers and product teams.
• This role blends deep technical ownership with customer-facing judgment, driving core engineering decisions.
• You will work with customers to design custom integrations and complex workflow logic.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deploy, integrate, and operate software in live process control environments until production use.
• Write, configure, and ship integrations, data flows, and state machine logic for site-specific systems.
• Commission, test, and validate solutions, diagnosing issues at the software, data, and control-system boundary.

Requirements + Soft Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or Technology Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience deploying and supporting complex software in mission-critical environments.
• Scripting or programming experience (Python, PowerShell, or similar) and knowledge of Windows Server and network administration.
