About the Role:
- This role interfaces directly with clients and is responsible for planning, scoping, and implementing the Dragos Platform in customer environments.
- You will be part of a hands-on and onsite team at power plants, substations, manufacturing floors, and refineries while performing installations and assisting customer partners.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with client teams to design network architecture, plan sensor placement, and support deployment strategies.
- Lead deployments both onsite and remotely, ensuring seamless setup and integration.
- Manage upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to keep systems running at peak performance.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in industrial engineering or InfoSec with ICS/OT cybersecurity exposure.
- Deep knowledge of networking, strong Linux skills, and familiarity with Elasticsearch.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
