Forward Deployed Engineer

What you'll do:

• Own the technical side of new customer onboarding end to end, from legacy data extraction to production cutover.
• Work alongside the Implementation Consultant to triage requirements into configurations, new functionality, or custom code.
• Run point on customer-side technical stakeholders, including IT directors and security reviews.

What you bring:

• 5+ years as a software engineer with at least 2 in a customer-facing deployment role.
• Strong SQL and data-migration instincts, TypeScript, and comfort with Python for throwaway tooling.
• Genuine comfort in front of non-technical government customers and judgment about the bespoke-vs-repeatable line.
