Role Overview:

- Owns customer, program, and project delivery for applications from $50K to $20M.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports hiring, developing, and retaining a top-tier team of Control System Engineers.
- Coordinates with internal departments and third-party suppliers to deliver power monitoring systems.
- Acts as primary customer interface for technical, schedule, and cost baselines.
Qualifications:
- Requires BSEE/BSME and 10+ years in industry, with 7 years supervisory.
- Expertise in PLC/HMI/SCADA, network topologies, and CODESYS.
- Strong risk management, budget, and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:
- Based at any MCG location or remote in Denver, CO.
- Supervises 5-10 indirect reports in a matrix environment.
