The Head of Business Operations will lead core operations across HR, finance, and company processes, partner with founders to reinforce company culture, build and optimize processes, drive data-informed decision making, and support vendor management.
As a Program Specialist on the Customer Experience team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Working across stakeholders— Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business Intelligence— you will optimize the behind-the-scenes operations that enable Alma to deliver high-quality support at scale. You will drive continuous improvement of the CX Delivery team, analyze data, and implement process enhancements.
You will partner with product development teams to drive alignment, scale and impact. You'll be the connective tissue across product, strategy, and operations, ensuring our teams build the right things, faster, and deliver clear impact. You will synthesize actionable insights and influence product priorities, champion our product roadmap planning process, and lead the creation of a centralized resource product knowledge.
