Assist new franchises and the franchisor team during the onboarding stage. Travel to locations throughout the Mid-West Region to assist with the launch of new Franchises. Perform periodic on-site visits for established locations and provide recommendations for improvements and growth. Promote the safety culture and ensure adherence to ANSI Z133 Safety Standards. Consult with Owners weekly to provide support and recommendations on business operations, sales, and profitability.
