As a Business Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strategic relationships with our local EORs in North America region, ensuring exceptional service delivery and therefore maximizing value for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams at RemoFirst, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment between local partner strategies, and RemoFirst internal initiatives to drive overall business growth.

Support the order processing team for a New York-based start-up. You will join the Order Processing team which handles a very crucial part of the business and is responsible for ensuring that the right product is delivered to our customers. You will be directly responsible for all the orders you’re handling with a lot of autonomy and decision-making power.
