Supervisor(a) de Operações - Pre-Contract Ops Support

About the Role:

• Supervise pre-contract operations with a PMO focus, ensuring timely delivery and quality of AI-driven solutions and process improvements.
• Manage daily board prioritization, assign tasks, and track progress in Jira to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Oversee stakeholder alignment and quality control using root cause analysis and structured problem-solving tools.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly check-ins, identify risks, and resolve operational bottlenecks with the team.
• Coordinate with technical analysts and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and present outcomes.
• Apply quality methodologies (5W2H, Ishikawa, GUT) to calibrate outputs and ensure they meet operational needs.

What We Look For:

• Proven experience in project management and PMO, with practical knowledge of Kanban, Jira, and quality tools.
• Advanced Google Workspace skills and familiarity with AI projects (Gemini or Claude) in operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage deadlines and scope with stakeholders.
