As a Salesforce Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing our process platform within Salesforce. You will be responsible for modeling critical business processes, including the termination of "For Rent" contracts and supporting the CCV sales process. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient solutions that drive business success.
Focus on building and evolving QuintoAndar's Data Security capabilities. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Data Security Platform team, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the secure, scalable, and governed systems that protect our most sensitive data. You will build the platform that enables us to discover, classify, and control access to PII and other critical information, ensuring its safety and compliance across the entire company.
This role at QuintoAndar allows you to shape one of the company's most important engines: the incentive policy for brokers that drives conversion, earnings, and liquidity in our marketplace. You will be designing analytical structures, KPIs, and experiments influencing how thousands of brokers work every day and how millions of reais flow through the platform. You'll have high autonomy in a fast-paced environment, working directly with Incentives leadership, with your work turning into real policy with measurable impact.
Provide support to global employees and stakeholders, answering questions about benefits and mobility processes. Actively support international transfer processes, supporting immigration and tax vendors, and the HR Operations and Talent Acquisition teams. Assist in controlling contracts, invoices, and the relationship with the area's vendors. Support the documentation and mapping of Benefits and Global Mobility workflows.
Responsible for providing technical support to real estate agencies and brokers for issues related to access, registrations, and other system-related issues. This includes responding to support tickets and tracking demands until resolution, ensuring clear and efficient communication with partners. You will register and document errors and solutions, contributing to the team's knowledge base.
