As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. You will be a champion advocate for your portfolio of customers through the contracting lifecycle of their booking needs. You will manage numerous bookings simultaneously at various stages of the contracting process, collaborate with internal teams, and adapt quickly to new processes and tools implemented at a rapid scale.
This position involves working with current members requesting to cancel their policy, investigating, and problem-solving to retain them as members, engaging with customers, and navigating complex situations. In this role, you will build real-life connections and educate members on lifetime value of Trupanion. Schedule requires full time availability including full weekends, and the role is remote for candidates anywhere in the US except AL, CA, FL, GA, IL, NV & NY.
