The Squad Leader is responsible for leading one or more multifunctional teams (squads) to deliver value to the client while promoting collaboration, autonomy, and high performance. This professional should have a strategic vision to identify opportunities and contribute to the organization's sustainable growth. This includes fostering collaboration, setting goals, managing activities, facilitating communication, providing technical guidance, managing the backlog, and driving continuous improvement.

Work with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the use of best practices and tools according to the agile framework (Scrum or Kanban). Measure metrics of productivity, quality, efficacy and business impact of the product. Support the Product Manager in defining the business vision for features. Manage risks and roadmaps, focusing on quality of delivery for the client. Ensure the use of AI on a daily basis, bringing productivity gains.
