The Data Platform Team is responsible for building and maintaining system components that pave the way for data engineers and analysts to deliver their business objectives. This team leverages open-source software, uses cloud infrastructure and services, and builds software to accomplish its mission.

Lead all clinical aspects of Wellz, ensuring the development and delivery of health services with technical rigor, care excellence, and a focus on innovation. This role is responsible for the clinical strategy in all Wellz health solutions, including psychology and psychiatry. Manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for Clinical Services and Quality, Content and Clinical Protocols, Clinical Experience, and Corporate Education.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be a passionate developer who is driven by getting things done in high quality and timely, and you will have plenty of opportunities to take part in architectural decisions as well as suggest improvements. You will interact with the product team and other business stakeholders in a highly collaborative, agile environment, taking ownership of key features and performing pull-request reviews.
