Manage daily communications across support channels (email, chat, phone) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Build trust through empathetic, clear, and objective communication while researching customer history.
Maintain accurate records in CRM, categorize tickets, and escalate recurring or critical issues to leadership.

Who You Are:

Reside in São Paulo and have completed high school or technical education.
Prior experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and productivity tools (Google Workspace).
Native Portuguese and intermediate to advanced English are a plus.
