As a Data Developer, you will integrate into the team and contribute to challenging and innovative projects, working with one of the largest datasets in the sector within a big data platform hosted on AWS, while ensuring the timeliness and quality of information for investment monitoring journeys.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving product strategy and decision-making by providing data-driven insights into user behavior, product performance, and market trends. You will collaborate closely with product leaders, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Your analysis, recommendations, and dashboards will inspire action within the product organization and impact the company's growth trajectory.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving pricing and packaging strategy and decision making by providing data-driven insights. You will be instrumental in analyzing pricing and packaging strategies that optimize revenue, profitability, and market share. You will work closely with the Head of Pricing & Packaging and other stakeholders to evaluate pricing and packaging performance and impact, identify opportunities for improvement. This position will be remote based in Brazil.

As a Senior Staff Data Engineer, you will own and manage the customer data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and usability across the organization. This role acts as a bridge between engineering, product, and marketing teams, bringing a product-focused lens to decisions around data collection, structure, and analysis. You will create scalable, future-proof systems that allow for real-time insights and drive product innovation and customer understanding.

The Analytics Engineer will play a key role in partnering with different Data teams and Data Engineering to conceptualize, design/model and implement Analytics and Business Intelligence Solutions to our data/metrics platform. You will be the go-to person for any data development for internal analytics as also interfacing Product teams and Data Science teams to assist and advise them to build data products.

Lead major data architecture projects, providing expert technical guidance and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate should have experience as a senior technical leader on data platform programs, including building or migrating large data platforms. Expertise with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), Snowflake, and/or Databricks, as well as DataOps, is essential.
