The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing will own Sezzle’s paid media strategy and execution across the full funnel, leading seven-figure budgets and driving measurable growth across several metrics including revenue, subscription, app usage and engagement. This role combines analytical rigor with creative testing excellence and requires someone who can both architect strategy and execute with precision. You’ll reside within the Marketing team collaborating closely with the Product, Creative, Data, and Leadership teams to scale our performance marketing, uncover new growth levers, and meaningfully influence the company’s trajectory.
