Efficiently execute all processes and operations related to payments or our Deel-branded debit cards. Accurately review and record data in our system and ensure consistency and precision. Assist with payment or debit card inquiries or issues from our customers and improve processes.

Acts as the primary regional representative for the execution and delivery of clinical project(s), cultivating excellent Sponsor relationships, providing project oversight, assisting with project delivery services as required and ensuring that projects are adequately and appropriately staffed. They also monitor third party agreements, manage team performance, and ensure overall project control standards are established.

As a Provider Operations Associate, you’ll partner with the Provider Operations team to ensure a smooth time tracking process for our providers and internal teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to identify areas of improvement in our provider operations process.
