Roofing Operations Coordinator (Roofing and Solar)

About the Role:

• This is a full-time remote role supporting a residential roofing and solar client.
• You will act as the quality gate between Sales and Operations, ensuring every signed job is complete and accurate before production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve jobs based on scope, pricing, documentation, checklists, and photos.
• Manage financing support, change order reconciliation, permit applications, and warranty registrations.
• Flag incomplete work and track corrections to keep jobs moving.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined, checklist-driven approach.
• Experience with ServiceTitan, CRM platforms, or U.S. permit processes is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Up to $1450 per month depending on experience, plus 13th month pay.
