Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist

Job Overview:

• This is a fully remote role with high autonomy, focused on owning the complete revenue cycle for a roofing and construction company.
• You will collaborate with project managers, sales, accounting, customers, insurers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Own project invoicing, progress billing, receivables tracking, discrepancy resolution, and collections across active construction projects.
• Review invoices against contracts, insurance estimates, and supplemental approvals to ensure accuracy.
• Partner with accounting to support revenue reporting, job costing, and project-level financial analysis.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting experience within U.S.-based companies with significant AR and revenue operations experience.
• Required experience in construction, roofing, or field services with job-costed environments.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with construction platforms like JobNimbus or AccuLynx is preferred.
