Prepare and issue accurate invoices for patient visits, procedures, and other billable activities.
Review billing against study budgets and payment terms.
Maintain accurate accounts receivable aging and financial records.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
Strong experience with invoicing, payment reconciliation, and AR aging.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Comfortable with numbers and financial data.
Confident communicating with stakeholders and resolving discrepancies.

Work Expectations:

Full-time remote position with CST US time zone.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional extended hours during month-end close.
