Overview:
- Own the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing across all transaction types.
- Execute proactive collections strategies and manage customer relationships to hit cash targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply incoming payments accurately, resolve discrepancies, and issue credit/debit memos with proper documentation.
- Analyze AR trends and aging reports to provide actionable insights and support month-end close.
- Leverage NetSuite SuiteBilling and automation tools to improve workflows and scalability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of AR, billing, or collections experience with strong NetSuite and Excel skills.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, thriving in a remote-first environment.
