Accounts Receivable Analyst, Order-to-Cash

About the Role:

• Own assigned customer accounts throughout the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, from invoice creation to payment application.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with customer-specific billing requirements, and resolve issues proactively.
• Balance routine tasks with time-sensitive research and exception handling in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Order-to-Cash, AR, or revenue cycle, with strong Excel and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership, with excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• The anticipated total compensation is $75,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and location.
