What You’ll Do:
- Manage shared AR inboxes and clear scheduled action queues
- Respond to Slack requests and internal messages promptly
- Review and update action items or to-dos for assigned customers
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
