Senior Account Receivable Specialist

About the Role:

• This role focuses on accounts receivable within a collaborative Finance and Accounting team.
• You will ensure customer accounts, cash receipts, invoices, and collections are processed accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily cash receipts from lockbox payments, ACH transactions, and credit cards.
• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve account issues.
• Provide responsive customer service and process credit memos and monthly invoices.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and PivotTables.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
